Returns Policy

Here you will find first my returns policy for 'Parade Handmade' Goods followed by my Returns Policy for our 'Parade' Print On Demand products (in blue)
Parade Handmade Products Returns Policy
Should you wish to change your mind and return your purchase, you have 14 days to contact me in order to cancel your order.
From this point you have a further 14 days by which to send it back to avail of a refund. Obvious delays will be taken into account such as postal strikes and Covid-19 delays. Nonetheless, funds can only be arranged after the item has been returned to Parade Handmade and checked in.
You pay the return postage unless there has been a problem with the order/product. In that case I will endeavor to arrange a convenient and preferable solution for you.
Bespoke orders that are made to measure and/or to your taste may not be returned unless there is something wrong with the product.
Where you find a problem with your order or the product and should I not find a suitable alternative or you do not want one, you can choose to be reimbursed for the item itself and all postage. If you receive a replacement you will not be charged further for postage.

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact me at amanda@paradehandmade.ie with photos of wrong/damaged items and I’ll sort that out for you.
Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
At this time, I don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out the sizing charts—there's one for every item listed in my store, in the product description section. Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let me know at amanda@paradehandmade.ie within a week after receiving your order. Include your
order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and I’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!
Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable)
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,
