Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

While every effort will be made to get your order to you as quickly as possible and sometimes go out the same day if time allows, please remember order processing times and shipping times are estimated so please leave plenty of time if ordering items for a specific date.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

The FLAT RATE to Ireland addresses is €5 up to any weight as long as it fits in the An Post €6.95 Post Bag. 'If it fits, it ships'.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

I offer Free Worldwide Shipping with orders of €100 or more.

Local delivery

Local delivery is available for orders over €20 within [20km]. (1-2 working Days APPROX.)

Deliveries are made from [6pm-8pm] on [Monday to Friday. You will be contacted via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of arrival. 

International Shipping

I offer international shipping. This is free with orders of €100+.

If you’re using calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Parade Handmade ships worldwide and I'd love for our pieces to find homes across the globe! 🌍

Please note that international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. This means that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be charged by your country's customs authority upon delivery. These charges are outside my control and are the responsibility of the customer.

I recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of any applicable fees before placing your order. Parade Handmade is not responsible for any delays caused by customs processing.

If a parcel is refused or unclaimed due to customs charges, I am unable to refund the original shipping cost.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact me at amanda@paradehandmade.ie with your name and order number, and I will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

I send orders with An Post and Parcels.ie who will collect a signature for delivery of your order. They will leave a note for you to sign for it at the Post Office.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

I accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and I will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at amanda@paradehandmade.ie. with description and a photo of the item’s condition. I address these on a case-by-case basis but will try my best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
