Returns Policy
Should you wish to change your mind and return your purchase, you have 14 days to contact us in order to cancel your order. From this point, you have a further 16 days in which to send it back. Don't worry though, weekends and public holidays will be taken into account.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it.
Personalised, engraved, custom-made or made-to-measure items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
You pay the return postage unless there has been a problem with the order or product, in which case we will try to arrange a convenient solution for you. Should we not find a suitable alternative, or if you do not wish to receive one, you may be reimbursed for the item itself and any original postage paid.
If you receive a replacement item due to a fault or issue with your order, you will not be charged further postage.

Returned items should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. We reserve the right to reduce a refund where an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and function.
If you are returning an item valued at over €75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. While refunds are usually processed promptly, please allow several working days for your bank or card provider to complete the transaction and for the funds to appear in your account.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is visible.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We are happy to offer exchanges for defective or damaged items, unwanted gifts, or where you are not satisfied with your choice, subject to the conditions outlined in this policy.
If your item has arrived damaged or defective, please email us at paradehandmade@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or suitable solution.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will be issued with a replacement item or a gift certificate to the value of the returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of the return.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a replacement item is sent due to a fault or issue with your order, the cost of shipping the replacement will not be charged to you.
